Biography
Sachin is a Senior Partner at Arogya Legal. His professional career spans across various countries. . Sachin acted as consultant and litigator before moving to In-house roles. His responsibilities included India General Counsel ( Legal & Compliance) for Medtronic South Asia; Lead Attorney in Switzerland having independently advised Medtronic's Cardiovascular Business, manufacturing facility and business model innovations in Europe. He also provided remote legal support to South East Asia and Australia business on need basis.
Sachin also worked as Middle East & Africa Legal Head for Alcon.
He has been speaking on various professional forums on legal as well as ABAC compliance issues and has managed complex internal as well as regulatory investigations and litigations in various courts in India. He has been actively mentoring commercial as well as legal professionals during his career.
Before joining Arogya Legal in 2025, Sachin served as Vice President and General Counsel at Danaher supporting India, ASEAN & Middle East Africa. He is a law graduate from ILS Law College, Pune, and has extensive experience working with healthcare businesses on complex regulatory and legal issues.
