India’s Orissa High Court: No bar on Radiologists from conducting ultrasonography at clinics in two different districts

The Orissa High Court held that a qualified cannot be barred from conducting ultrasonography at clinics located in two different districts, especially when a no-objection certificate has been issued by his employer. The Court granted relief to Radiologist and set aside the District Advisory Committee's order, which prevented the Radiologist from conducting ultrasonography at a private clinic.
