NCH clarifies limits on cross-practice by homoeopathic practitioners

The Indian National Commission for Homoeopathy has clarified that homoeopathic practitioners cannot practice other systems of medicine, but may participate in government health programmes after completing training recognised by the competent government authority. The clarification comes amid ongoing controversy in Maharashtra over allowing BHMS doctors with additional pharmacology training to practise modern medicine.
